Bar mitzvah, bat mitzvah, quinceañera — candle lighting, hora, last song, next to the party floor.

Mood boxes (happy, sad, energy, relax), speed boxes (fast, moderate, slow), decade boxes, and people boxes (kids, adults) are there if you sort that way. They are filters, not folders you lose.

How to work a party

Make an event. Category Birthday, Pool, Cocktail, Theme, Children's, Surprise — or type your own. Put location, contact, the hard out, and the song they will kill you for missing into notes. Hang a playlist on the event if they sent a list. Import M3U if that is how it arrived.

Background is auto mix. Peak hour is the library with Smart Color Coding on energy and Master Genre, Key Wheel if you mix in key, and boxes as OR, AND, NOT, ADD. The host's hate list is NOT. The birthday crate is OR. Dinner that must stay in the dinner box is AND.
