How your account works
  • One email address, everywhere. The address you register with is the address you pay with at Stripe, sign in with here, and use on the forum. They are the same account — the site and the forum are two doors into one room. Your package and your forum rank are worked out from that address, so a different one means no package.
  • Your password here is separate from your Stripe password. Stripe keeps its own login for billing, and it can be different — that is normal and fine. Changing your password here changes it for the site, the forum and PowerBox DJ on your PC, together.
  • Payment details stay with Stripe. Your card, billing name and address are held by Stripe alone. This site never sees them, cannot change them, and has read-only access to whether your subscription is live. Nothing about your payment is stored here.
  • The forum knows nothing personal about you. It shows your forum name, your rank and your package badge. It does not ask for, store or display an email address, a phone number, a location or any other way to reach you — and neither members nor staff can see one.
